Tickets

Do I need to buy tickets ahead of time?
Yes. Parking is limited, so all tickets must be bought online before you arrive.

How much are tickets?
Tickets are sold per car, not per person. You’ll see the price on our registration page when you pick your date and time.

Is there a limit on how many people can be in one car?
Yes. One ticket covers one car that fits a standard parking space, with up to 15 people. For an RV, bus or other large vehicle, call our office about a group rate.

How do I buy tickets?
Buy online with the button at the top of this page. You’ll pick an arrival time when you buy your tickets.

What will I need when I arrive?
After you buy, you’ll get a confirmation email with a code. Have it ready when you arrive, because our parking staff will ask to see it. Once you park, walk to the concierge pavilion to check in. We’ll confirm your payment and waivers there.

What if we arrive early or late?
Please arrive within the arrival window on your confirmation. If you come outside it, we may have to turn you away. If your plans change, you can move to another night or time yourself, using the link in your confirmation email.

Can I get a refund or change my date?
All sales are final, so there are no refunds, including for a missed night. Changes are allowed, as described when you buy your tickets and in your confirmation email.

Dates and hours

When is Trail Lights open?
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, Nov 27 to Dec 20. Arrivals are 5:30 to 9:00 pm, and we close at 10:00 pm. We may add more days as these fill up, so check back often.

How long does a visit take?
Plan on about 90 minutes to 2 hours.

What’s there?

What is Trail Lights?
A Christmas experience for kids and the whole family, with special displays, a petting zoo, Light Lab, food and a market. It covers 10 acres along a 1K trail.

What is Light Lab?
Included with admission, Light Lab is a place where kids can create their own light display.

Is the petting zoo included?
Yes! Your ticket covers everything, including the petting zoo and Light Lab. Food and the market are the only extra costs.

Is there food?
Yes. Kettle corn, donuts, hot cocoa, caramel cider and coffee are all available. Our menu is simple, so we may not be able to meet all special dietary needs. We accept cash and card.

Are there bathrooms and a place to warm up?
Yes. We have both permanent and portable bathrooms. We’ll also have warming stations with heaters and fire pits.

Weather

What if it rains?
Trail Lights is open rain or shine.

What if Trail Lights is canceled for weather?
If we have to close a night because of weather, we’ll email you and help you reschedule for another available night. Tickets are not refundable.

What should I wear?
Dress warm and wear shoes or boots that can handle wet trails. The event is outdoors and at night.

Families and accessibility

Can we bring a stroller?
We strongly advise against strollers because the lights are on trails. A baby carrier works much better!

Is it wheelchair accessible?
The main food and market area is accessible, and so are some displays. Not all of the light trails are accessible.

Can we bring our dog?
Service animals only, please.

Should we bring flashlights?
No. The trails are all lit, so you won’t need them.

Parking and getting here

Where do we park?
Park in our main parking lot. Our staff will be there to guide you.

Can someone drop us off?
No, drop-offs are not available. However, we encourage carpools.

Where is Cedar Springs?
4820 State Route 92, Lake Stevens, WA 98258

Other things worth mentioning

Can I bring my drone?
No drones, please.

Is alcohol allowed?
No. Trail Lights is a family event. Tobacco, vaping, alcohol, marijuana and similar substances are strictly forbidden on our property.

Do we need to sign a waiver?
Yes, everyone in your party must sign an online waiver to enter.
