Cedar Springs Camp offers a collection of amenities to enable a group to have a memorable time away. With excellent meeting spaces, a full food service offering, and activities for all ages, kids and adults will have an excellent adventure.
What We Need to Know
When you book a retreat with us, we will ask you questions about the following aspects of your retreat.
Group Type
Let us know what type of retreat that you are planning. With this information, we can help create the best experience, including the right type of activities and meetings spaces.
Number of Guests
There are differences in how we host a leadership retreat of 8 people and a youth camp of 350. Knowing the number of people in your group will ensure that we are planning on the appropriate scale of event. It's OK if you don't know the exact number, your best estimate will give us the right idea of how to help you plan an awesome retreat.
Meals
Our kitchen staff enjoys knowing that they can be responsible for creating some of the highlights of the camping experience through the food that they prepare and serve. We'll need to know what types of food that your group would like, and how many meals that you would like us to prepare for you.
Dates
We will work with your schedule and ours to find dates that are available on both of our calendars for a group of your size and type.
Activities
From climbing walls to laser tag, we have a ton of activities for your group to experience. Let us know what sounds fun, and we'll make sure that it is on your schedule.

Jumping Pillow
Our outdoor inflatable jumping pillow is the most incredible trampoline type experience we can imagine. At 70 feet long and 30 feet wide, you and all of your friends can jump at the same time.
Battlefield Live
If you think of laser tag, you're probably thinking something a lot less epic than our outdoor Battlefield Live Laser Tag system. Mix in epic scenario games, and this activity is the highlight of many a retreat and birthday party.
Archery Tag
Channel your inner Robin Hood or Katniss Everdeen with archery tag. You'll use recurve bows to fire special arrows at your opponents in a battle royal. Effective indoors and outdoors, this activity is a quick favorite, and its fast rounds ensure many people can play in a short amount of time.
Climbing Wall
Our indoor climbing wall and modern safety equipment allows climbers of any skill level to try their hand at reaching the top. Different portions of the wall present a variety of challenges to be overcome, all while climbing 30 feet into the air.
High & Low Ropes Elements
If the goal of your retreat is an awesome experience, or a team building time together, our ropes elements can provide a catalyst for your group. With options both several inches or several dozen feet above the ground, our elements are worth consideration as a part of our retreat activity schedule.
