About This Role

Cedar Springs Camp is looking for an Office Manager & HR Coordinator to lead daily office operations and support seasonal HR and payroll processing. You’ll oversee the front office, manage a small team, and serve as the go-to person for administrative communication, staff processing, and coordination with Cedar Park HR and Finance. This role keeps the behind-the-scenes running. It’s a year-round position that requires someone organized, dependable, and comfortable managing the pace of a seasonal organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily front and back office operations, including phones, walk-ins, and general administrative support
  • Coordinate seasonal HR processing, onboarding paperwork, and staff record keeping in partnership with our vendors
  • Process and submit payroll and timesheets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy
  • Supervise and train a small team of front office and seasonal support staff
  • Support light finance workflows and maintain strong working relationships with partners

What We’re Looking For

  • Organized and dependable — you keep things running without being reminded
  • Strong communicator who’s comfortable working with staff, guests, and external partners
  • Experience supervising or managing a small team, especially younger or less experienced staff
  • Comfortable with office systems like Paycom, DocuSign, Google Workspace, and Sage
  • Able to manage competing priorities during high-volume seasonal surges
